Tip of the day

Try to never workout soon after you’ve ate one of your meals I did so after my lunch and the after effects dont feel too good for me

Day one

So today is the day in my journey to a lifestyle of health and fitness once again but this time its for good!

So far
Breakfast: couple pieces of papaya with a small apple
Snack: small ataulfo mango
Drank 4 cups of water
Lunch: small portion of rice, salsa(tomatoes and bell peppers mostly), and flank steak
Drank another 4 cups water
Then I headed to the gym for the first time in months and needless to say it kicked my butt oh man never again will i let this happen again and lose the routine of going to the gym
I started off with cycling for about 40 minutes warming up and then doing one minute intense one minute normal for about 30 minutes then cool down, then i did 5 minutes in the stair master while i decided what body part i would work out then went and did 3x12 reps of pushups…. Holy crap this one was the worst (by the end of this I want to perfect my pushups and do the men ones lol) then I did 3x12 arm pull up machine reps followed by 3x12 standing shoulder dumbbell press and finally 5 min cool down in the elliptical (yup my arms fell sore already!)
Then about 6 cups water
Snack: another small ataulfo mango

Enough is enough

It’s crazy to think how lazy I’ve become over the past few months and I can’t stand it. I’m tired of constantly looking at people with amazing bodies and just wishing and dreaming that could one day be me! So although I know it going to be hard to truly go back to a completely healthy lifestyle and maintain it every single day it is possible. That being said this laziness and eating w.e I want is coming to an end. I want to be able to have the body I’ve always dreamed of having and actually look forward to putting on a bathing suit and struting my stuff ;) I will develop new motivation because obviously the little I had a few months ago completely disappeard I need and will get back in shape. After all we are what we eat and we only have one body to live in and take care of. In order to stay on top of things I will blog everyday on here on just about everything that goes on with me until then, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. :)
